I am a movie lover through and through

I love movies because when done right, they are cinematic thrill rides visually and emotionally. No matter the tone, pacing, medium, or genre, I beleive that with whatever limitations and tools you have, you can create a powerful experience that can get people talking, even change the outlook of the general public. Resulting in films like The Evil Dead, Clerks, and Night of the Living Dead; and storytellers like Peter Jackson, Christopher Nolan, and Robert Rodriguez. Giving you an experience many will never forget all with powerful themes, carefully crafted plot, insane visuals, unique characters, Some of my most favorite films of all time embody these qualities, no matter the genre. However, some of my most personally favorite films are a mashup and or transition of diffrent genres; like Hausu, Parasite, Upgrade, Sam Raimi’s Darkman, The Crow (1994), and or An American Werewolf in London. One of these films, is my all time personal favorite is the Shape of Water because aside from featuring of my most favored genres of all time, it has all the elements of a great film interesting characters, powerful themes, beautiful visuals, and inspired elements, and flawless direction. Another film that embodies this quality of all-out film making is Scott Pilgrim vs. The World, because through its impactful uses of editing, VFX, and visual comedy it's one big massive statement to filmmakers and the industry to do more. On the other end there are some classics that I do appreciate like Blade Runner and Apocalypse Now for its complex main characters, potent themes, and memorable moments, making it in my opinion the best films of these directors careers. As a result, I have came up with so many ideas that are waiting to be or have been filmed.
